- Read your written agreement on your printed or electronic ticket. 

- Under Pennsylvania law, except for limited circumstances, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. Do not participate in the activity if you do not wish to waive liability. 

- If you did not purchase the ticket, it is your responsibility to ask the purchaser for your ticket and to read the agreement. 

- We believe in providing a safe environment. However, by choosing to attend, the attendee does forever discharge Coolspring Corn Maze and their agents from any and all suits, actions, damages, or claims arising form any loss of property or bodily injury.
